At Random Shirt Shop, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

That said, we stand behind the quality of what we make. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll take care of it.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• With a printing or manufacturing defect

• Or if you receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a free replacement at no additional cost.

What This Means

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept refunds or exchanges for:

• Size or fit preferences

• Color choice

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

Minor variations in print placement or color may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

Our Promise

We don’t do refunds, but we do make things right when there’s a genuine issue. Every order is carefully produced and quality-checked before shipping.
