Shipping

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved issues will receive a replacement, not a refund.
