At Random Shirt Shop, all items are made to order. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is produced specifically for you.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Each item is printed and prepared before shipping

  • Processing times may increase slightly during high-volume periods or holidays

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

All orders include tracking once shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we’re not responsible for carrier delays, we’re always happy to help investigate or provide updates if there’s an issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Is lost in transit

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
